# How to finish / validate my Year Album pages?

|| This article only applies if you have a Year Album.

**With the Year Album, the whole Tribu has until the last day of the month, 11:59 pm (France/Belgium time), to finish the month's pages. They are then automatically validated and sent to your archives, as long as you have filled in at least 4 pages.**

The Year Album subscription is automatically taken for a whole year, from January to December.

Our system works month by month: finish your pages before 11:59 pm on the last day of the month and they will be validated automatically! 🎉

### Are you "late"?

You are considered "late" if:
* You are creating an album from a past year
* You start this year's Year Album after January
* You are up to date with your monthly editing, but did not finish your journal before the end of the month

In that case, your goal is to finish your past journals as quickly as possible, to get back to the usual, comfortable Tribu rhythm: one journal per month. You can finish your journal on your own at any time to send it to your archives:
* By clicking "Finish the journal"
* Via the Dashboard User, from [this page](https://editor.apptribu.com/dashboard/archives)
