Referral Program: how does it work?

💛 Want to share the Tribu adventure with the people around you? Great idea! Every time someone close to you subscribes thanks to you, they get 10% off their first subscription, and you earn euros to spend on Tribu products. Simple, and everyone wins!

🎁 How it works

You share your referral code privately with someone close to you: a friend, colleague, cousin, neighbor…
They subscribe to Tribu for the first time using your code.
They instantly get 10% off their first subscription.
And you get euros to turn into discount vouchers for Tribu products!

👉 The code only works for new subscriptions (not for renewals, and not for yourself 😉).

🪙 How many euros do I earn?

You get 10% of the amount your referral pays, in euros. If they pay €100, you get €10. You'll receive an email every time your code is used and you earn euros.

🔍 Where can I find my referral code?

You received it when you subscribed to your first Tribu. You can also find it anytime in the menu, under “Referral Program”. It's a code (not a link): copy it, or share it straight away via WhatsApp or email. Off you go!

💸 What can I do with my euros?

Your euros add up automatically, and you can turn them into a discount voucher at any time:

Choose an amount (e.g. €20, €50, €100…)
You get a discount code valid on any Tribu product
The code stays available in your history (in case you delete it by mistake)

⚠️ Heads up: if you use a €100 voucher on a €90 purchase, the remaining €10 is lost. So make sure you pick the right amount!

🧗‍♀️ Levels: a true journey

At Tribu, referring is a bit like life: you start out as a plucky little sperm cell and climb the ladder with every new Tribu you bring in! The more you refer, the more euros you collect… roughly speaking, 10 referrals add up to a free subscription 🎉

🏁 How many people can I refer?

Referrer rewards are capped at 10 referrals per account. After that, your code keeps working: the people you share it with still get their 10% off, but you no longer earn euros. Introducing someone to Tribu is still a lovely gift 💛

💛 Your code is for your Tribu

The Tribu Referral Program is generous, and to keep it that way, it's built on one simple idea: your code is for sharing privately, with the people you love. A WhatsApp message to your sister, an email to a friend, a quick word with a colleague: that's exactly the spirit!

However, your code must not be:

🚫 posted on promo code, deal or cashback websites
🚫 shared on forums, in public groups or pages, or in public comments
🚫 used in paid advertising
🚫 sold or traded
🚫 sent out in bulk
🚫 used to refer yourself or through multiple accounts

What if these rules aren't followed?

To protect the program (and everyone who plays fair), Tribu may:

deactivate the referral code
cancel unused euros and discount vouchers
cancel the referred person's offer
remove the referrer from the program

The referrer will be notified by email.

📄 All the program rules are set out in Article 3.7 of our Terms and Conditions, which take precedence in case of any conflict with this article.
