How to create a Baby Book

To create a Tribu Baby Book, create a new Tribu for your child, enter their first name and date of birth (or due date), then fill in your pages.

Creating the Tribu is free and you can fill in up to 10 pages to try it out.

Step 1: create a new Tribu

If you don't have a Tribu account yet
The Tribu is created automatically when you create your account.
You enter your child's name (which will also be the title of the book) and their date of birth (or due date, editable afterwards)

If you already have a Tribu account
The Baby Book works in a dedicated Tribu, independent of your other Tribus: members, photos and memories are separate.

Click "Dashboard User" > "My tribus" > "Create a new Tribu" (more details).

Creating a Tribu is always free: only the subscription (or, for the Baby Book, the purchase of the printed book) is paid.

Step 2: the information to fill in

• Your child's first name becomes the title of the Tribu and of the book
• The date of birth or the due date
• The language of the book, used to generate the pre-filled texts (Which languages is the Baby Book available in?)

If your baby is already born, no problem: you can create their book after the birth (When should I start my Baby Book?).

Step 3: fill in your pages at your own pace

The book is organized in chapters to guide you, but you stay totally free: several months at once, a chapter later, or only the moments that matter to you. You can add or delete pages, edit the texts, reorder the book: How do the chapters and pre-filled texts of the Baby Book work?

You can fill in up to 10 pages for free. To go further (up to 100 pages), you click "Enable full access" and make a single payment of €79.95: it activates all pages and orders your printed book, printing and delivery included (How much does the Tribu Baby Book cost?).

Step 4: invite the other parent and your loved ones

Dad, mom, godfather, godmother… or anyone you invite can add their photos and memories: How do I invite the other parent and loved ones to contribute to my Baby Book?

Step 5: close your book

Once your book is finished, check it with the preview, then click "Close my book". It is printed on the 10th of the month and delivered by the 20th at the latest: How do I close my Baby Book? · When will my Baby Book be delivered?
