When will my Baby Book be delivered?
Baby Books are printed on the 10th of each month and delivered by the 20th at the latest.
Delivery is included in the price, anywhere in the world, to the address of your choice. A tracking link is available in the app and is sent to you by email.
Why the 10th of the month?
To keep prices low, we gather all printing into a single run, on the 10th of the month.
All books validated before midnight (CET) on the 10th are included in the month's batch.
Which address is it delivered to?
To the address you enter when closing: your home, the grandparents' home, or somewhere else.
Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
Yes, at no extra cost. Outside Europe, delivery can take a little longer, but you receive a tracking link: Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
My book arrived damaged
If the book is damaged during transport, we send you a new one. Contact us by chat (10 am to 10 pm) or by email at info@apptribu.com. Please provide photos so that we can file a complaint with the carriers (and limit occurrences).
My book has not arrived
First follow the tracking link. If there is no news, contact us (chat from 10 am to 10 pm or info@apptribu.com).
